Star not impressed with Unauthorized Biography

The tabloids and internet are swamped with blogs and articles about how unimpressed film superstar Angelina Jolie is with Andrew Morton’s biography of her, Angelina, An Unauthorized Biography.

Jolie is said to be furious that Morton, who famously wrote a book about Princess Di, “Diana, Her True Story”, has included a number of not-so-flattering details about her controversial private life.

But it seems Jolie will not be reading the biography but rather relying on what she’s heard Morton has written about her. HollywoodNews.com: reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are unlikely to pick up a copy of the book, following a golden rule the celebrity couple has about not reading tabloid stories about themselves. Speaking of this policy, a friend told E online, “They never read about themselves, ever”.

However, the proud parents of six earlier this year received undisclosed damages in London’s High Court over a News Of The World report claiming they were planning on separating.

On occasions such as there the pair “have people who show them things when necessary,” said the friend.

Included in the revelations Jolie is said to be unhappy about, were claims that Jolie’s mother Marcheline Bertrand made her sleep in a separate apartment for two years from the age of one and that Jolie preyed on married men, including Brad Pitt, whom she stole from Jennifer Aniston.

Her mother’s alleged separation from Angelina for two years was said to have scarred her emotionally, leading to her wild teen years and unconventional personal relationships, according to Morton.
